Generally, to transfer or change share registration, current shareholders are required to submit a completed Share Transfer Form, proof of ownership, and photo ID. Recipients are required to co-sign the transfer form, provide compliance documents, and submit a completed Shareholder Details Form.

dematerialized shares
Dematerialized shares are held on the Bermuda Securities Depository (“BSD”), and transfers must be made through a broker from a Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) approved trading member, who will confirm the requirements.

Yes. You will have to provide proof of appointment as power of attorney or executor in order to inquire and act on behalf of the shareholder.
